I signed up to the course back in August and to be honest I didn't really think and online course could help me when everything else I had ever tried hadn't. It took me nearly 10 weeks and it was tough at times but the results are beyond words. I had no idea what getting up rested, fresh and full of energy was like. Also no more brain fog, no horrible evenings dreading going to bed, and best is I don't even care if I have the odd bad night, I know it's a one-off. I now SEE myself as a good sleeper. I can't recommend enough, it's worth every single penny. Also do go for the live weekly clinic sessions and the facebook group upgrade! Both were invaluable for getting help and reminding me about parts of the course.

"I didn’t know that it existed. When it popped up on Facebook, I did a lot of research before taking the plunge… I was worried it would make me do things that would affect my quality of life and thinking why would it work when nothing else has. My mind wasn’t put at rest until I started the course and then I almost immediately had confidence it would work.
