"I signed up to the course back in August and to be honest I didn't really think an online course could help me when everything else I had ever tried hadn't. It took me nearly 10 weeks and it was tough at times but the results are beyond words. I had no idea what getting up rested, fresh and full of energy was like. Also no more brain fog, no horrible evenings dreading going to bed, and best is I don't even care if I have the odd bad night, I know it's a one-odd. I now SEE myself as a good sleeper. I can't recommend enough, it's worth every single penny. Also do go for the live weekly clinic sessions and the Facebook group upgrade! Both were invaluable for getting help and reminding me about parts of the course."

"I joined this programme after years of very poor sleep: broken nights, waking way too early and feeling dreadful through the day. The course materials consist of videos and text that give clear scientific information about the nature of sleep, and reliable, evidence-based strategies to improve sleep. Stephanie dispels many of the myths of sleep hygiene, which we've all tried and know don't work. Instead there are a few simple 'golden rules' to follow. At the heart of the programme is the 'sleep scheduling' process, which can be quite tough, but gradually makes a difference. To be honest, I wasn't always consistent in my practice, and had a number of resets, but having learned through my mistakes, I'm now getting there. One of the great aspects of the course is the twice-weekly live sessions, where Stephanie answers questions and gives advice. What shines through in these, is Stephanie's warmth and humanity, which encourages you to press on through difficult times".

"I didn’t know that it existed. When it popped up on Facebook, I did a lot of research before taking the plunge… I was worried it would make me do things that would affect my quality of life and thinking why would it work when nothing else has.
My mind wasn’t put at rest until I started the course and then I almost immediately had confidence it would work.
Now I’ve finished the course I have a minimum of seven hours sleep every night and I no longer feel tired during the day.
It will work as long as you follow the rules and stick at it. It’s not a quick fix and it’s not easy but it’s worth the effort and you’ll get all the help you need.

"I joined the Sleepyhead Programme after suffering with insomnia for over 30 years. It's a tough programme in the first few weeks but I soon noticed a difference and now I've gone from sleeping about three hours a night to a solid six and a half hours, sometimes more. I still have an occasional bad night but I can cope with that now that I have plenty of sleep in the bank. There's good support too from the Facebook group and the twice weekly Facebook live sessions. Well worth the effort required at the beginning.
