Restless leg syndrome and insomnia

So the first thing you need to do is go to the doctors and they need to give you a blood test. 

One of the main causes of restless leg syndrome can be iron deficiency. The first thing you want to rule out is low iron levels. Even if you don’t have low iron levels, you could have restless leg syndrome and there is medication for that.

That’s the first route to go down but some people either can’t get the medication quite right or don’t have access to it. 

Restless legs can be the cause of poor sleep but fixing poor sleep can definitely improve restless leg syndrome.
