Creating a widely accessible treatment for insomnia
Having worked in start-ups for many years, I decided to create a solution. One that people could access easily, wherever they are.
I then went on a search for the best specialist in this field. If we were to offer CBT-I, it would be a program created by the best.
One name stood out from this worldwide research: Stephanie Romiszewski, a specialist sleep physiologist based in the United Kingdom.
She had worked with Harvard Medical school and NASA as well as Guy’s and St Thomas’.
She had studied Chronobiology, Psychology and Behavioural Sleep Medicine.
But more importantly she a vast amount of experience not only in research, but actually treating people with sleep disorders.
Stephanie had made quite a name for herself. She has become a regular on TV and radio shows, is a contributor to many newspapers and magazines. On top of running a sleep clinic, she is also a consultant for the NHS (National Health Service UK).
